Jasmine Hagan, CEO of Westside Community Group Inc., is a developer, investor, and advocate for Chicago’s West Side. A proud native and resident of North Lawndale, she is committed to transforming her community through ownership and equity. She grew up in the neighborhood, lives in the neighborhood, builds in the neighborhood, and invests in the neighborhood—ensuring that longtime residents have a stake in its future. After earning a BA in Economics & Chinese Studies from Spelman College, Jasmine became one of the youngest African American female brokers at CBRE Chicago. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, sales, project management, and funding, her work is about more than transactions—it’s about transformation.
